Yes Koala allows anyone to purchase packing materials directly from their office at Osborne Park or O’Connor regardless of whether you have a storage unit. You do not need to have a rental agreement to access moving supplies.
Are trolleys or forklifts available to assist with moving?
Yes trolleys flatbed and upright as well as pallet jacks and a walk behind electric stacker are available free of charge during business hours. There is no requirement for a special licence to use the electric stacker though you must request a key from reception first.
Is trailer hire included with storage?
Yes clients can take advantage of Koala’s free 5 foot by 7 foot caged trailers with fold down ramp for loading and unloading during office hours. The trailers must be returned by closing time on the same day.
